1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, using, or accessing any service provided by Clean It Flip It ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Services

Clean It Flip It provides professional cleaning and property transformation services including, but not limited to:

  • Residential and commercial house cleaning
  • Deep cleaning services
  • Move-in / move-out cleaning
  • Post-renovation cleaning

The scope of each service will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

3. Bookings & Quotes

All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on information provided by the client; if the actual condition of the property differs significantly, the final price may be adjusted. A booking is confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from us.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards. Late payments may incur a fee. For larger jobs a deposit may be required to secure your booking.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. To avoid a cancellation fee, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price. No-shows may be charged the full service amount.

6. Access to Property

The client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time through no fault of our own, a call-out fee may apply. We ask that all pets be secured during the service for the safety of both your pets and our staff.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in our work and stand behind our results. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will return to re-clean the area(s) of concern at no additional charge. Complaints raised after 24 hours may not be eligible for a free revisit.

8. Damage & Liability

Our team takes the greatest care when working in your property. In the unlikely event that damage occurs due to our negligence, please notify us in writing within 24 hours. We carry public liability insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, items of sentimental or undisclosed value, or damage caused by faulty fixtures, fittings, or surfaces. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Health & Safety

Our staff follow all relevant health and safety guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse or suspend service if a property presents an unsafe working environment (including but not limited to hazardous materials, infestations, or threatening behaviour). In such cases, a call-out fee may apply.

10. Privacy

Any personal information you provide to us (name, address, contact details) will be used solely for the purpose of delivering and managing our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except where required by law. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Clean It Flip It and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in our operating area.
